Committed to making therapy approachable, affordable, and individually tailored using an integrative approach. In a safe, non-judgmental space, we will identify needs and address concerns with empathy and care.
I'm Pana, born in New York City, raised in Greece, and now residing in the Netherlands after obtaining my BSc and MSc in Clinical Psychology.
Choosing to become a therapist was the most natural decision. It came from a deep feeling of empathy facing the challenges the world poses on us, and a desire to support people's mental health by creating spaces where one can express oneself freely and be heard.
While we cannot directly influence the stressors of society, we can identify their influence on an individual level and actively work on the ways we relate to them.
There is space in my practice for any type of exploration.
Having lived in multiple cities of different cultural backgrounds, I have a deep appreciation of how our environment affects and shapes our thinking and behavior.
My therapeutic style is based on empathy and non-judgment. I work based on a Cognitive-Behavioral evidence-based framework, while also integrating techniques from other therapeutic orientations, tailoring an individualized treatment approach based on specific needs, principles, and therapeutic goals. In addition, I have experience with Applied Behavioral Therapy and working with individuals on the spectrum.
