About me

I trained as a Jungian in Zürich after living and working on four continents. I have taught as a university lecturer in music, culture, philosophy, and the arts. As a long-term survivor of HIV/AIDS, I have extensive experience in balancing health concerns with existential issues and decisions.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Dream analysisDream analysis is the interpretation of dreams to explore their underlying meanings.
Jungian therapyRecommended for those interested in diving deep into their unconscious mind to better understand themselves and grow emotionally.
PsychoanalysisRecommended for those who want to explore how their unconscious mind and early experiences affect their current behaviors and feelings.
Psychotherapy Recommended for those who want to work through emotional or mental health challenges by talking with a trained psychotherapist.

I find Jung's approach of huge value – but of course at this point in history it is normal to mix aspects of many approaches to psychoanalysis and therapy, and I do so when it is useful. I am especially interested in dreams and creative work, if they seem valuable to the analysand.
