About me
Of Québec (Canadian) & French nationality, I’m a licensed Sexology Practitioner & Couple Therapist based in Nice. My journey into this field began after a rich & diverse career in the theatrical world as an actress, writer, teacher, & director.
Now, my passion lies in helping individuals, both adults & teenagers, navigate the complex terrain of sexual & relational matters. I specialize in offering support for a wide range of sexual & couple issues.
In our couple therapy sessions, you can expect a warm and non-judgmental environment where we collaboratively nurture the bonds that matter most to you, fostering growth, harmony, and resilience in your relationship.
Fluent in both English and French, I believe in providing inclusive and holistic care.
As a dedicated sex therapist, I collaborate closely with various healthcare professionals, including doctors, gynecologists, endocrinologists, physiotherapists, urologists, & other experts. This collaborative approach ensures that you receive comprehensive & coordinated care.
My commitment to continuous growth led me to train with esteemed organizations like the Gottman Institute & attend seminars by the renowned Esther Perel. I've also expanded my knowledge through courses at the University of British Columbia, Stanford University School of Medicine, & the University of Colorado, focusing on the health of trans people, non-binary, Queer, Gender & Sexuality, & trauma-informed care.
As a member of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, creating a safe & respectful therapeutic environment for all individuals is at the heart of my practice. For Couples:
In couples therapy, I primarily draw upon the renowned Gottman Method. This approach revolves around transforming conflict into constructive communication. We'll work together to enhance intimacy, respect, & affection in your relationship, dismantling barriers that may have caused stagnation.
Through the Gottman Method, we'll cultivate a sense of empathy & understanding within the context of your relationship. This method serves as a powerful tool to reignite the spark & promote healthy dynamics.
In addition to the Gottman Method, I occasionally incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
