I have experience living in four countries: Russia, France, the USA, and currently, the Republic of Cyprus. With 20+ years of professional work, I hold degrees in psychology from both French and Russian universities, along with certifications in coaching, narrative practice, anti-crisis coaching, and grief and loss therapy. I continuously integrate my learning into my work, always staying open to new methods and approaches.
My journey with immigration has provided me with valuable insight into the challenges that come with change and personal growth. Outside of work, I enjoy maintaining an active lifestyle and constantly learning new things. My passion for exploring new places and cultures helps me stay connected to the world and to the ongoing journey of personal growth.
My approach integrates coaching and narrative practice, two methodologies I have deeply explored and developed over the years. These methods help clients break through their challenges by shifting their perspective and finding new solutions, and I tailor each session to the unique needs of the individual.
Above all, I believe in creating a safe, trusting environment where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions. I’m not here to give advice, but to listen carefully, ask meaningful questions, and help you define the changes you want to make. Whether it's increasing your confidence, reducing anxiety, or navigating a career change, our work together will focus on actionable steps toward your goals.
In every session, we’ll explore the internal transformations that can drive meaningful external change. I’ll support you in uncovering the "hidden" strengths within you—those resources you may not even know you have—and guide you through creating a new narrative that propels you forward. We’ll also explore the ideas and thought patterns that may be limiting your growth—whether they’re fears, past beliefs, or assumptions that no longer serve you—and work to reframe them so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Together, we’ll focus on finding the small, realistic steps that will lead to lasting change.
