About me

I have always been interested in human beings whether in literature, cinema, and painting; in artistic ways, or therapeutic settings. As long as individuals have interactions, experience mixed emotions, and tackle problems, their minds work dynamically, so it is advisable to seek professional help for a particular period or even in the long run. Working as a clinical psychologist, I am capable of visiting adults and older adolescents. My passion for knowing the unconscious, early relationships, suffering, symbolism, metaphor, analytical skills, etc have made me pursue working as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist. Psychoanalytic therapy originates from psychoanalysis which was first introduced by Freud and it mainly focuses on the self, object, ego, and drive. I have an innate tendency to hear my clients in an empathetic way and accompany them on this journey. In addition to my job as a psychologist, I also write poetry and my poems have been published in various international literary-cultural-artistic or domestic journals for many years. I have also written some literary criticism on some Persian books, novels, and works of art of some Iranian artists.

Stuck? Join the club. We stay stuck in bad places. We gingerly touch our scars, defend ourselves. We try not to feel our fears and end up not feeling ourselves. Ignore the knot in the stomach. It will go away. Chin up.
