About me
As a sexologist, my focus is on counseling individuals and couples. Another area of expertise for me is counseling related to childbirth, family planning, and the associated negatively experienced aspects, as well as counseling for those choosing voluntary childlessness. My goal is to empower individuals with and without vulvas, advocate for their rights, view the diversity and beauty of lived sexuality as part of health, and thereby achieve destigmatization in society.
In terms of personal perception, there is no right or wrong. Therefore, in sexual counseling, topics such as sexual dysfunction, fetishes, BDSM, and much more are important and welcome to me.

Approach
In sexual counseling, I work specifically according to Sexocorporel and differentiation-based couples therapy. It is important to me to focus on one's own perception and to highlight what is needed to successfully address and overcome a crisis. The perspective of my clients takes center stage and forms the starting point for a successful counseling process.
Experience
I have been providing counseling for couples and individuals on sexual topics since 2021, including everything related to family planning, losses during pregnancy, and childbirth. Additionally, I work in the field of sexual education, conducting workshops for all age groups. Furthermore, since 2023, I have been serving as a lecturer in the field of Sexocorporel and sexual education.
