I am a tranined Psychotherapist in Private practice. I have worked with many clients who had problem solving an anxiety. Working with those people and getting to know them and myself also, I realized that all of us are dealing with some kind of anxiety and stress regulation. So i have decided that i need to learn even more about stress regulation and that more knowledge can help me and my clients to get to our main goal, and that is feeling good about ourselves.
