About me

I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with training in integrative transactional analysis, systemic family therapy, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I am based in Novi Sad / Belgrade, Serbia, where I work with clients in person, and I also provide online therapy to individuals worldwide. My work focuses on helping clients recognize psychological patterns formed earlier in life that continue to influence their present choices, emotions, and relationships. Together, we explore these patterns in a safe and supportive space, with the goal of leaving behind what no longer serves you and creating healthier, more fulfilling ways of living. I have experience working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, low self-esteem, stress, burnout, and relationship difficulties. Over the past several years, I have also worked extensively with LGBT+ clients, supporting them in navigating stigma, identity-related challenges, family dynamics, and intimate relationships. I aim to offer therapy that is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to your unique life experience whether you are seeking relief from distress, deeper self-understanding, or meaningful personal change.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioral therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.
Systemic therapyRecommended for those who want to understand how their relationships and environments influence their behavior and emotions, particularly within family or organizational systems.
Deciding to start therapy is a meaningful step, and choosing the right therapist can feel just as challenging. That’s why I offer a free first consultation (45 minutes). This initial session gives us space to get to know each other and explore whether we feel comfortable working together. There is no obligation to continue therapy after the first consultation. If you choose to continue, the early sessions are used to clarify your therapy goals and the changes you would like to make. Some clients come to therapy with a clear focus, while others need time to understand what feels difficult or what they want to change. Goals may also shift during the process - this is a natural and expected part of therapy. My role is to support you in identifying the changes that matter most to you and to create a safe, supportive space where we can explore new possibilities together. I aim to be a steady companion as you begin a new chapter with greater clarity, self-understanding, and choice.
