You can message me and briefly describe your situation. I will reply to let you know whether it makes sense for us to meet for a more detailed discussion, or I may recommend a colleague. We can also discuss your preferred format — individual sessions or group work (in case there are an available group for a new member).
Often requests:
— Difficulties in relationships: with a partner, parents, children, or others
— Low self-esteem, insecurity, anxiety, sensitivity to criticism, feelings of loneliness
— Difficulty saying “no” or resolving conflicts
— Experiencing a crisis (personal, professional, or related to emigration) or a loss
— Recently became a parent and would like support in adapting to your new role
— Feeling that past traumas interfere with your life in the present
— Finding little joy or pleasure in everyday life
In my work, I rely on a psychoanalytic approach. We explore various aspects of your life: emotions, thoughts, relationships, and life experiences, identifying patterns. At the same time, the process does not follow a rigid plan; there is freedom within our sessions so that we can adapt to your needs here-and-now.
There are two options for therapy: short-term and long-term.
- In the short-term option (up to 10–15 sessions), we focus on a specific issue. Along the way, we may identify other potential areas for work without going into too much detail.
- Long-term therapy can last from several months to several years, depending on your needs and goals.
How often should we meet?
We can meet once or twice a week.
Sessions less frequent than once a week are unlikely to produce lasting results.
