About me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist who is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where clients can feel truly heard and understood. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, allowing us to work together at a pace that feels right for you. I believe that healing happens when we feel safe enough to share our struggles and strong enough to explore new ways forward. My background includes working with clients facing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. I integrate different therapeutic approaches to meet each person’s unique needs, while keeping empathy, trust, and connection at the core of my practice. I also value bringing in elements of faith and spirituality, when clients wish, to strengthen hope and meaning in the healing journey. Above all, my goal is to walk alongside you in your process, offering guidance and support while honouring your strengths, resilience, and individuality.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
ACT: Acceptance and Commitment TherapyRecommended for those who want to stop fighting negative thoughts and learn how to live with more acceptance and focus on what really matters in life.
CBT: Cognitive behavioral therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
Trauma Informed CareRecommended for those who have experienced trauma and need a safe, supportive space to heal at their own pace.
My therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I believe that each client is the expert of their own story, and my role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where healing and growth can unfold. I work in an integrative way, drawing from approaches like cognitive-behavioural therapy, trauma-informed practices, and mindfulness, while tailoring each session to your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore your challenges with curiosity and compassion, building on your strengths and uncovering new ways of coping. I often focus on helping clients develop practical tools for managing stress and emotions, while also creating space to process deeper experiences and find meaning in them. Above all, I aim to support you in feeling heard, empowered, and more connected to yourself.
