About me

I am a psychologist and neuropsychologist with a background in clinical practice, research, and methodological work. My expertise includes supporting children and adults with autism spectrum disorders, developmental and neurological conditions, and conducting cognitive and speech studies.

In 2022, I left Russia due to the war and continued my professional work as a psychological consultant in Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, and Georgia. Since then, I have relocated to Germany, where I am a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Oldenburg. My current research focuses on cognitive impairments in adolescents with substance use, primarily cannabis.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
ACT: Acceptance and commitment therapyRecommended for those who want to stop fighting negative thoughts and learn how to live with more acceptance and focus on what really matters in life.
Clinical psychologyRecommended for those who need help with diagnosing and treating more complex mental health issues, often involving assessments and evidence-based treatments.

My Approach I build all my assessments and interventions on solid, evidence‑based foundations—ensuring every strategy I use is backed by reliable research and proven effectiveness.

I integrate play‑based methods, recognizing that play is not just a tool but a natural, powerful channel into a person's inner world—especially when words fall short.

I offer a deep understanding of each individual’s unique context, tailoring support to their specific developmental, emotional, and cognitive needs.

I practice with attentiveness, fostering trust and being present to subtle cues—helping clients feel fully seen and supported.

I emphasize attenuation: actively helping to reduce distress, reactivity, and overwhelm, guiding clients toward calm, resilience, and clearer thinking.

This blend of rigorous science, playful engagement, empathetic understanding, and focused calming underpins my work—from developmental and neuropsychological assessments to therapeutic support.
