I’m Soren Stone, a somatic coach based in Oslo, Norway. I support people navigating life transitions, identity shifts, burnout, anxiety, and the emotional strain of living in a fast-paced, often overwhelming world.
My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I don’t offer quick fixes—instead, I help you slow down, listen more closely to your experience, and reconnect with a steadier sense of yourself. Many people come to me when old ways of coping are no longer working, or when they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward.
My path into this work has been unconventional. I’ve lived across countries, shifted identities, and worked in many different fields—from the military to the corporate world to community mental health. These experiences shaped how I understand change—not just as something mental, but something that affects the whole body, our relationships, and our sense of belonging.
In our sessions, I draw from somatic awareness, mindfulness, and reflective conversation to explore patterns, understand your needs, and support more sustainable ways of living and relating.
People often describe my presence as calm and steady. I work especially well with expats, LGBTQIA+ clients, and those who feel lost, stuck, or burned out.
My intention is to offer a grounded, non-judgmental space where you can make sense of what you’re carrying and reconnect with yourself in a clear, honest way.
I offer a free 50-minute introductory session so we can meet and see whether this feels like a good fit.
My approach is centered on deep listening, steady presence, and creating space for you to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
I work in a body-based, experiential way—bringing in somatic awareness, mindfulness, and gentle attention to what’s happening in your body, as well as your thoughts and emotions. You don’t need any prior experience with this. We simply notice what’s arising, at a pace that feels safe and grounded.
Sessions may include reflective conversation, somatic exploration, guided mindfulness or visualization, sound bath, and simple practices like journaling or creative expression to help you process and make sense of your experience. When appropriate and with clear consent, sessions can also include grounding through gentle, supportive touch.
At times, we may also work outdoors or include elements of nature as part of the process.
In our work together, I follow your rhythm while offering gentle structure, reflection, and practical tools when helpful. We explore the patterns, beliefs, and pressures shaping your life—and listen for what’s underneath the overwhelm.
Whether you’re navigating burnout, identity shifts, cultural transition, or uncertainty, my intention is to create a calm, non-judgmental space where your body and mind can come back into conversation with each other.
From there, we begin to find more sustainable ways of living, relating, and being with yourself.
