About me

I’m a clinical psychologist offering online therapy for people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are strong and responsible on the outside, yet feel exhausted, sensitive to stress, or unsure about their direction in life. I provide a calm and supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters to you. My approach integrates talk therapy with body awareness, helping you understand not only your thoughts and emotions, but also how stress and experiences live in your body.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
IFS: Internal Family SystemsRecommended for those who want to explore and heal the different parts of themselves that might feel conflicted or overwhelmed.
Integrative therapy Recommended for those who prefer a flexible approach that combines different therapies to meet their unique needs.
Person-centered approachRecommended for those looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can lead the conversation and explore their feelings at their own pace.
My style is gentle, collaborative, and attuned to your pace. In our sessions, we explore what is present for you, with curiosity: your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and life context. I work in an integrative way, combining reflective conversation with body awareness when helpful. This can support emotional regulation and help you understand stress responses more clearly. Therapy is not about fixing you, but about creating space to reconnect with yourself, gain clarity, and move forward in a way that feels aligned.
