I work with anxiety and life blocks in people who keep going but feel internally stuck. Your inner world matters here. Feeling deeply listened to can help you listen to yourself... and that’s often where change begins.

About me

I am a licensed psychologist working online with adults who feel internally overwhelmed despite functioning well in their daily lives. Much of my work centers on anxiety, chronic stress, obsessive thinking, and moments of life transition when familiar ways of coping no longer work. I am particularly interested in what happens beneath the surface, when pressure and the need for control slowly disconnect people from themselves.

My background is integrative, with a strong psychodynamic foundation and extensive experience in online clinical work. Over the years, I have worked with individuals facing anxiety, fertility-related distress, perfectionism, and quiet forms of depression that don’t always look dramatic from the outside. I have also contributed to academic publications and training programs focused on digital mental health and telepsychology, which has shaped a thoughtful and grounded approach to online therapy.

I believe meaningful change often begins when someone feels truly listened to. In my work, your subjective experience (your thoughts, doubts, associations, and contradictions) is taken seriously. I aim to offer a reflective, respectful space where understanding yourself more deeply can bring relief, restore movement, and open new ways of relating to your life.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
PsychoanalysisRecommended for those who want to explore how their unconscious mind and early experiences affect their current behaviors and feelings.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.
Psychotherapy Recommended for those who want to work through emotional or mental health challenges by talking with a trained psychotherapist.

My therapeutic style is reflective, relational, and grounded. My work is informed by contemporary psychoanalytic thinking, understood in a flexible and modern way. That is, as a way of paying close attention to subjectivity, relationships, and meaning. I adapt the work to each person’s rhythm and life context.

I work integratively, with a strong psychodynamic orientation, focusing on how anxiety, inner blocks, and obsessive patterns take shape within someone’s emotional history and current relationships. Sessions are conversational and collaborative. I listen to content, but also to tone, pauses, repetitions, and contradictions... often the places where something important is trying to be expressed.

I aim to create a space where clients feel genuinely listened to, without pressure to perform or improve quickly. When someone feels heard and taken seriously, they can begin to listen to themselves differently. From there, anxiety often softens, understanding deepens, and movement becomes possible. Change emerges through insight, emotional contact, and a relationship that feels safe, thoughtful, and alive.
