I accompany and support individuals in reducing stress and anxiety, cultivating self-awareness, reconnecting with their inner resources and improving their well-being.
Over the years, I’ve come to understand stress not just as a mental or physical burden, but as something deeply connected to the way we live, relate, and express who we are. My own path has been shaped by a quiet but persistent search for inner balance, clarity, and a sense of wholeness. I began my professional journey as a translator, drawn to language and its power to connect. But over time, I felt the weight of chronic stress—an experience that led me toward mindfulness, creativity, and eventually, therapy.
In 2021, I completed the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP), which deepened both my personal practice and my understanding of how awareness and presence can transform how we relate to difficulty. In 2023, I completed the formal training in Integrative Counselling. In parallel, I continue my training as an Integrative Pscyhotherapist to refine and advance my skills. In 2024, I completed a one-year training in Assagioli’s Psychosynthesis & Jungian Analytical Psychology, and in 2025 a one-year training in Integrative Trauma and PTSD Therapy.
Today, as a Mental Health Counsellor, I am committed to supporting others in their own process of healing and growth.
I accompany and support individuals in managing stress and anxiety, cultivating self-awareness, reconnecting with their inner resources and promoting well-being. My work is grounded in mindfulness, therapeutic presence, and the belief that each person has the capacity for resilience, clarity, and meaningful change—when given the space to slow down, reflect, and be fully heard.
My work is grounded in a person-centered approach, which means I meet you with empathy, acceptance, and genuine presence. I believe that each individual has an innate capacity for growth and healing when supported in a safe, non-judgmental space.
I also draw from Psychosynthesis, a holistic model that acknowledges the full spectrum of human experience — from our challenges and wounds to our deeper purpose and potential. This approach allows room for integration: exploring different aspects of the self, working with inner conflict, and supporting the emergence of meaning and direction.
Mindfulness is a thread that runs through my work. Whether through breath, body awareness, or simply learning to pause and notice, mindfulness offers tools to become more present, reduce reactivity, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with ourselves.
I am a trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+ affirming practitioner. I respect each person’s unique identity and lived experience, and I’m committed to creating a therapeutic space that is inclusive, supportive and empowering.
In our sessions, I aim to create a space where you can slow down, listen inwardly, and gently explore what needs attention — at your own pace, in your own way.
