I am a Brazilian psychologist who chose to embrace a nomadic lifestyle in Europe in 2015. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Sciences, with a specialisation in crisis intervention and conflict resolution. I have also specialised in the process of adaptation following late diagnoses of Autism and ADHD in adults.
My practice is conducted entirely online, where I provide psychotherapy to people around the world, easily connecting with individuals across different continents. Through the virtual space, I create a safe and welcoming environment where one can express themselves authentically and without judgement.
My international experience enables me to understand feelings of inadequacy and challenges related to belonging, offering deep empathy to those seeking guidance.
Guided by my perception and multicultural experience, I empower people to overcome crises, find balance in conflict, and ultimately strengthen their resilience, helping them to thrive in the face of adversity.
My approach to work is based on the Humanistic–Phenomenological perspective. This means we will explore your potential in a safe and private space. The foundation of my work is empathy and acceptance, without judgement.
There is no right or wrong in the way you think, feel, or express yourself in my presence. You are free to speak openly, without fear of shocking or upsetting me. My role is to walk alongside you and offer support as you make your own decisions.
