My truest passion to help people made me pursue my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, Hunter College City University of New York and my Masters of Counseling Psychology, Neapolis University of Paphos. As a specialist counselling psychologist, I did my training at S.K.E.P.S.I. (Center of Psychological Support and Assessment), University Neapolis, Paphos and at SKE Paphou (Paphos Adult Center). My Training was in cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered (humanistic approach), psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy and Feministic Approach.
Through my research activity I conducted my thesis on the general adult Cypriot population with the title of “The correlation of Positive Characteristics with Depression, Anxiety, Stress and parental bonding in an adult population of Cyprus”.
My knowledge and skills working ethically under the APA and Σ.Ε.Ψ standards. I have provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences. I Supported clients with a variety of mental health difficulties (such αs, stress, low mood, emotional dysregulation, fear of loss, existential difficulties, abuse within families, divorce, drug and alcohol use, trauma, various phobia but also issues related to communication skills and interpersonal relationships).Patient well-being is my number one priority, and I go above and beyond to help them through all their obstacles.
