Hello! I'm Stephan Meyer, also known as ‘Doctor Change’. As an experienced change agent, I share my tips and tricks in coaching, mentoring and keynote speeches, always with an academic foundation. I have a degree in business psychology and a doctorate for my research on better change management.

I look where others look away Most coaches elegantly dance around the hot topics. Not me. I specifically look for the sacred cows in your professional life – those outdated beliefs, habits and assumptions that you cling to even though they no longer help you. Change fails not because of a lack of strategies, but because of precisely these blind spots.
I provoke – constructively My style is direct, sometimes uncomfortable, but always respectful. I ask the questions that no one wants to ask: ‘Why, actually?’ – ‘Who decided that?’ – ‘And what would happen if you just did it differently?’ The Sacred Cow Framework I have developed is not a gentle stroking programme. It is a toolbox for courageous people who really want to make a difference.
I stick with it – until it works Change is not an event, but a marathon. That's why I don't work according to a set formula, but tailor my approach to each individual: whether it's one-to-one coaching, mentoring or workshops – I stay in the game until the change really takes effect.
