My work combines Transactional Analysis, mentalization, relational, and emotional processes, helping clients develop more stable and meaningful ways of relating to themselves and others.
I am a graduate psychologist, currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Neuroscience, with a strong interest in the relationship between the brain and behavior, particularly mentalization and interpersonal functioning. Alongside my studies, I am engaged in psychotherapy work with adults and adolescents under supervision (Transactional Analysis).
I have gained clinical experience working with children with neurodevelopmental and neurological conditions, as well as during my traineeship in Malta, where I worked on topics such as emotional regulation, relationships, and sexual health.
I also have experience working with vulnerable groups through NGO involvement, and I bring a particular sensitivity to migration-related experiences and living outside one’s home country.
I create a supportive and collaborative space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships at your pace. Therapy is a joint effort in which we examine your ego states and experiences, gain insight, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.
