My approach is body-oriented and humanistic. This means we don’t only talk about what’s happening — we also explore how stress, attachment patterns, and past experiences show up in your body and nervous system. When we begin to understand these emotional and physiological responses, change becomes possible at a deeper level — not just intellectually, but experientially.

My practice is diverse, because it too moves, grows and deepens over years of work & training as follows: Key professional trainings - European Certificate for Psychotherapy; trained at IFCC, Training Institute in Body-Mind, Strasbourg, with Eliane Jung (2018-2022). - Sex therapist in training at ESOG Paris since 2025. - Certificate in Psychology, Applied Psychology, Gestalt Therapy trained at the University of London Metropolitan (2013-2016). - AOEC certified coach trained at the London Academy of Executive Coaching (2011). - Master in Sustainable Development from Paris Dauphine (2006-2007), supplemented by a Certificate in Eco-psychology trained in England by Jenny MacKewn and Mary-Jayne Rust (2015-2016).
