About Me -- Your Partner in Healing and Growth
I understand the emotional weight of anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. As an English-speaking therapist in Europe, I provide trauma-informed, compassionate therapy designed to help expats heal, build resilience, and regain peace of mind. Whether you're navigating past trauma, emotional dysregulation, or adapting to a new culture, I’m here to guide you with personalized care.
Since 2017, I’ve lived as an expat in several European countries, including France, England, Hungary, and the Netherlands. This personal experience has given me a deep understanding of the challenges expats face, from culture shock and isolation to the stress of adjusting to new environments. I know how tough it can be to find balance when life feels unsettled, and I am committed to supporting you through these transitions with compassion and practical guidance.
In 2021, I faced the unexpected death of my partner. This life-changing experience reshaped my understanding of grief and trauma, deepening my ability to empathize with those navigating profound loss. The journey through my own grief and the emotional upheaval it caused informs how I support clients, helping them heal from loss, anxiety, and life’s hardest transitions.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical and Health Psychology from ELTE University in Budapest and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Queen’s University in Canada. My additional training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Megan Devine's Grief Care, and yoga therapy enhances my ability to offer holistic, compassionate care.
