About me
Based in Paris and currently a Diploma Candidate at the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich, I bring depth, sensitivity, and imagination to my coaching. Whether I’m working with business executives, guiding a nonprofit team, or walking beside an individual in search of direction, I help my clients reconnect with what is essential and awaken what is waiting to emerge.
My coaching approach is integrative. I draw on the systemic Palo Alto model, the power of art and images. I create spaces where insight, alignment, inner movement can take root.

Approach
Coaching is a process of individual interviews based on a collaborative relationship, focused on goals to be achieved, and structured in such a way that it helps a person develop their potential, increase their performance level, and take action.
After successfully passing my examinations at the C.G. Jung Institute Zurich, I was admitted as a Diploma Candidate. This means that I am now authorised to receive analysands for Jungian analysis under the supervision of the Institute. I will open my analytical practice in Paris and online from September 2026, working in both French and English.
This practice is distinct from my coaching work, which I continue alongside it. Whereas coaching operates within a more defined framework, centred on specific professional or personal goals, Jungian analysis involves a longer and deeper engagement with the unconscious through dreams, images, and the inner material of the individual. It is intended for those who feel the need for a more sustained exploration of themselves, whether in response to a life transition, a question that continues to persist, or simply the sense that something within is asking to be understood and worked through.
Experience
I am a Certified Professional Coach in private practice. I am an Accredited Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and abide by its code of ethics. My coaching practice benefits from regular supervision.
