I've been practicing therapy since 2023 first in a clinical setting at the Institute of Neuroscience, Psychiatry, and Psychotherapy, where I completed my academic training, focusing mostly on the link between adverse childhood experience and various psychiatric disorders: mainly depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, personality disorders and development of substance abuse in adulthood.
Over the course of two years, I participated in various clinical studies in this field, had two scientific articles published, and submitted a master's thesis. Later, my area of expertise began to expand, with a focus on the treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD, ASD), OCD, somatoform and hypochondriacal disorders, and panic disorder.
As I started my private practice, I became more involved in working with interpersonal relationship difficulties, burnout, trauma, loss, low self-esteem, and social anxiety.
Although cognitive-behavioral therapy is the main therapeutic method in my practice, I am convinced that some conditions sometimes require a more individualized and customized approach, so I often use techniques from other therapeutic approaches (ACT, CFT, schema therapy).
Treatment is a collaborative partnership, and I ensure mutual trust, understanding, and agreement when exploring your concerns. In order to achieve this, I encourage frequent feedback and pose additional questions to avoid clouding your perspective with my own subjective opinions.
I aim to support everyone who needs guidance, regardless of their sexual orientation, religious beliefs, etc. Discrimination and prejudice are unacceptable to me. My role is to listen and assist, not to criticize.
