I offer online psychotherapy and I'm also currently working in a practice dedicated to Holocaust survivors in Paris.
I have traveled a lot through the years, including backpacking through Asia, which increased my curiosity in human beings and my desire to meet people, personaly and professionaly, from all around the world.
My approach is integrative, but I don't believe in simply switching between methods: my training and my professional experiences led me to a more and more personal approach, in which these different influences merge to make sense and help me understand you better. You don't want to meet a therapist who merely applies textbook techniques you could read yourself, but rather someone who brings a fresh and accurate perspective to your problems and helps you open doors you didn't expect to find.
I draw on emotion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, visualization exercises, and relaxation techniques. I prioritize scientifically valid methods but I place great importance on providing a deeply empathic listening and a humanistic stance and adapting my therapeutic style to your specific needs and personality. I also continue to engage in professional training regularly to help you better.
My aim is to help you overcome challenges, alleviate suffering or remove barriers, to guide you in moving toward the life direction you truly desire and attaining your goals. I also place a strong emphasis on (re)discovering and (re)engaging with your personal strengths and resources. I want you to feel truely and fully heard, but also get concrete meaningful results.
Each session will offer you a safe, compassionate, reflexive space fully dedicated to your personal journey. In order to help you feel more comfortable, I offer a free 15-20 first session so you can ask me any question you may have in mind.
