I support people navigating emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relational difficulties, identity questions, creativity, performance pressure and the complexity of living between cultures. Alongside my therapeutic work, I also have a background in theatre creation, writing and artistic direction, which deeply informs my approach to emotion, embodiment, creativity and human connection. Having lived and worked across different countries, languages and professional environments, I have developed a deep sensitivity to multicultural experience, adaptation, belonging and emotional life in international contexts. Alongside my therapeutic work, I also have a background in theatre creation, writing and artistic direction, which deeply informs my understanding of creativity, embodiment, vulnerability and human connection. My approach is warm, relational and body-aware, creating a space where people can reconnect with themselves with more clarity, authenticity and emotional grounding. I also have experience accompanying artists, performers and high-level athletes through processes related to emotional regulation, creativity, performance pressure and personal development.
I see therapy and emotional work as a relational and deeply human process rather than a purely clinical one. My approach is rooted in gestalt therapy and integrates emotional awareness, embodiment, creativity and personal exploration. I work collaboratively with clients, paying attention not only to thoughts and emotions, but also to the body, relational patterns, personal history and the wider cultural or environmental context in which each person exists. In our sessions, I aim to create a space that feels safe, warm and grounded, where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and explore what may be happening beneath anxiety, overwhelm, disconnection, relational difficulties or performance pressure. Because of my multicultural and artistic background, I am particularly sensitive to themes related to identity, creativity, vulnerability, adaptation, life transitions and emotional expression. I adapt the process to each individual, respecting their rhythm, complexity and unique way of experiencing the world.
