I will provide you with phone support, tailored exercises and audio material. You'll have evidence-based material, scientifically proven to work, made by myself targeting your specific situation.
I work with patients, from all over EU and US, applying theories and techniques from 3rd generation CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (also known as ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy(CFT).
