I am a psychologist who believes that healing begins with safety, acceptance, and honest understanding. In my work, I create a warm and non-judgmental space where clients can speak openly about what hurts, what feels confusing, and what feels stuck. Alongside emotional support, I focus on careful analysis and practical steps, helping people find concrete solutions that fit their real lives — not idealized ones.
My professional path is deeply connected to my personal experience. I know from the inside what it is like to live through depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and the long process of rebuilding inner stability. I grew up in a dysfunctional family and understand how early experiences shape our nervous system, relationships, and self-image. I also know what it means to emigrate, to lose familiar ground, and to rebuild a sense of home and identity in a new country.
At the same time, I live a meaningful and engaged life. I value curiosity, emotional depth, freedom, and honest connection. I believe that psychological work is not about becoming “perfect,” but about learning how to live with more kindness toward yourself, more clarity in choices, and more inner freedom — even when life remains complex.
In my work, I help clients better understand what is happening inside them and in their lives. We look at emotions, thoughts, reactions, and real-life situations, so things become clearer and less overwhelming.
I work gently and at a pace that feels right for each person. Together, we explore possible options and find practical, realistic steps forward. I use techniques from CBT, ACT, and CFT, as well as mindfulness practices, and adapt them to each person’s needs. My goal is to help you build more inner stability, self-trust, and clarity in your choices — without pressure and without rushing the process.
