I have always been interested in understanding people and what shapes the way we think, feel, and behave. One of the reasons I chose to become a psychologist is because I genuinely enjoy listening to others and supporting them through difficult moments. I believe that feeling heard and understood can make a real difference, and I aim to create a warm, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where people feel comfortable being themselves.
I am currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology, where I continue to develop my knowledge through research, teaching, and counselling experience. I enjoy learning from every person I meet and believe that growth is a lifelong process for both the psychologist and the client. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based support while helping people build on their strengths and move towards the changes that matter most to them.
I understand that seeking support can sometimes feel like a big step, which is why I aim to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where thoughts and feelings can be shared openly and at a comfortable pace. I believe that every person's experiences are unique, and I take the time to understand each individual and the goals that are most meaningful to them.
I see therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, empathy, and respect. My approach is guided by evidence-based practice while remaining flexible to each person's needs and strengths. Whether someone is navigating a difficult period or simply looking to better understand themselves, my goal is to provide compassionate support and help them move towards positive and lasting change.
