I am a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with adult clients in private practice. I work with individuals as well as couples.
I am registered as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
I have a warm and empathic style and aim to provide a safe and supportive space during psychotherapy. I work in partnership with my clients, letting their goals and needs inform the work we do together. I welcome human diversity as I work with my clients, including cultural diversity, diversity in sexual orientation and gender identity, neurodiversity and diversity in abilities. Feel free to reach out for a brief discussion about what you are looking for in therapy, and to ask any questions you may have. I am happy to explore with you whether this could be a good fit. I offer a sliding scale when needed and will consider your financial situation when setting fees. We can discuss options that can make therapy accessible for you.
Prior to qualifying as a clinical psychologist, I worked as a health promotion officer at NSW Department of Health, a case worker and a counsellor at a youth centre.
I completed a combined PhD / Master of Clinical Psychology degree at Macquarie University in Sydney in 2008.
