I have been practicing as a therapist since 2019. I am continuously learning, growing in my profession, and truly believe that a good specialist evolves throughout their entire life. I am a certified Gestalt therapist and crisis therapist. My training included several years of intensive practice, supervision, and deep personal work—the kind of work that forms a reliable and grounded professional.
I work with a wide range of issues: anxiety and fears, personal, family, and developmental crises, self-doubt, self-esteem and experiences of devaluation, difficulties with decision-making, emotional dependence and codependent relationships, boundary issues, questions of self-realization, and relationships—with oneself and with others.
In my work, I never offer instructions on “how to live correctly.” Instead, I help you see and understand your own experience—the parts you might overlook or underestimate. When the picture becomes clearer, it becomes easier to understand what in your life needs change, what is worth keeping, and what you may want to bring in. And most importantly, you begin to find the internal resources that make these changes possible.
I love what I do. I am genuinely fascinated by the inner world of a person and by how small internal shifts can transform an entire life around them.
I’m 45, happily married, and a mother of a young daughter. I now live in Israel and originally come from Belarus. My personal experience of migration and adaptation, as well as my former professional background in the social and cultural fields, helps me understand people in different life circumstances more deeply.
