I am an experienced clinical psychologist, working with women who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in repetitive inner patterns. Throughout my career, I have accompanied clients through moments of transition, emotional pain, identity shifts, and the quiet longing for a more authentic way of living. My work is rooted in psychological depth, emotional responsibility, and the creation of a safe space where thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations can be explored without judgment.
Alongside my academic training in psychology, my educational path has gradually expanded into an integrative approach that includes health coaching, body-based awareness, energy healing methods, and integrative practices such as yoga and Ayurveda.
This integration did not arise from theory alone, but from years of observing how emotional healing is not disconnected from the body, but actually happens in it and through it. So more than just talk therapy — it asks for presence, regulation, and a reconnection with the body.
My goal is to develop authonomy and freedom, so I focus on helping clients develop inner clarity, self-trust, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
My approach is trauma-informed, grounded, and respectful of each person’s rhythm. I believe that meaningful change happens when we slow down enough to listen to what is asking to be seen, felt, and/or understood.
Therapy, for me, is not about fixing what is “wrong,” but about supporting a process of integration — allowing space for unresolved emotions and issues, strengthening emotional resilience, and fostering a sense of inner stability that can be carried into everyday life.
