My therapeutic approach is collaborative, structured, and grounded in evidence based practice. I work from the understanding that sexuality, emotional well being, and relational experiences are interconnected, and that change happens through clarity, safety, and consistent therapeutic work rather than quick solutions.
Therapy begins with a careful assessment of what brings you to the process and how your concerns are expressed emotionally, cognitively, and relationally. The first sessions focus on building a clear understanding of your goals and the patterns that maintain distress. From there, we develop a therapeutic path that is intentional, respectful of your pace, and aligned with your personal values and life context.
My work is primarily individual and sexology centered, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Sexual Therapy. I support clients dealing with sexual anxiety, desire difficulties, intimacy concerns, emotional regulation, identity related questions, and the impact of life transitions such as relocation, cultural adaptation, or changes in relationships. When relational dynamics are relevant, they are explored as context, without shifting the focus away from your individual therapeutic process.
I offer two therapeutic formats, depending on your needs and goals. Single Session Therapy is a focused and time limited space designed to explore a specific question, decision, or difficulty with depth and clarity in one structured session. It is particularly helpful when you are seeking perspective, emotional organization, or guidance around a defined issue.
For clients who benefit from continuity, I also work within an ongoing therapeutic model. This monthly structure allows for thoughtful clinical planning across four or five sessions, supporting more consistent progress while offering financial predictability. Rather than working in isolated or sporadic sessions, therapy develops as a coherent and responsive process over time.
My therapeutic style is calm, non judgmental, and culturally sensitive. Working with clients across different European countries has shaped an approach that respects diverse cultural norms, communication styles, and expectations around privacy and autonomy. Therapy with me is not about defining how your sexuality or relationships should look, but about helping you understand yourself more clearly and make informed, sustainable choices.
My role is to offer a steady, ethical, and reflective space where insight can develop and change can take place at a realistic and sustainable pace. Therapy is approached as a collaborative process, supporting greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and long term well-being.
