Very young, I decided I wanted to be a Psychoanalyst. It was what made sense to me, it was my desire. I was fascinated by the idea of exploring the unconscious mind and understanding how much it influences our lives.
Although my initial Training was in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Constructivism and Systemic Therapeutic Approaches, I immediately felt the need to deepen my knowledge in other Therapeutic Approaches, namely the most recent “Third-Wave” Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies (Mindfulness)
In the last years, I have dedicated myself to my passion for Psychoanalysis and have consolidated my knowledge of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, in which I have been continuously training.
My interest in other cultures and the importance of this cultural exchange in the development of the identity of a Psychotherapist, in recent years has also led me to deepen my knowledge of Psychoanalysis through continued study carried out together with international Psychoanalysts.
I believe in an Integrative Approach – in addition to a therapeutic relationship in which clients feel safe and understood, it is important to be able to provide the other person, who is suffering, with a psychological intervention that also includes different intervention strategies given their different needs and singularities.
