My therapeutic style is warm, relational and trauma-informed. I work integratively, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory and somatic awareness, always guided by the client’s unique needs and history. I pay close attention to early experiences, relational patterns, and the body’s emotional cues.
In sessions, I hold a steady and attuned presence, encouraging clients to slow down, feel, and name what has long remained unsaid. I believe healing happens when we are truly seen—without judgment and with genuine care.
