My interest in personal development has accompanied me throughout most of my professional journey.
After completing my studies, I initially found myself in the private sector, working in sales and marketing. I spent around 12 years in eCommerce, but at the core, it was always the human processes of growth and development that fascinated me. Within the company, I was part of a women's network and, as part of that, led workshops focused on professional and personal growth.
During this time, I also worked independently as a one-on-one coach. However, the desire to support people on a deeper level and to accompany them therapeutically continued to grow.
Alongside my job, I completed a multi-year training as a Heilpraktikerin for psychotherapy (according to the German Heilpraktikergesetz) and successfully passed the state-recognized exam. This was followed by further training in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). I ensure the quality of my work through regular intervision and supervision. In addition, I frequently attend further education and advanced training courses.
I work with individuals and couples using an Emotion-Focused and Attachment-Based approach (EFT). It is often our interpersonal relationships that bring emotional challenges to the surface—whether in romantic relationships, within families, in friendships, or in the relationship we have with ourselves. This is exactly where EFT comes in.
In therapy, we work together to break through negative behavioral patterns, strengthen your sense of self-worth, build emotionally supportive connections, and foster inner resilience—thereby also alleviating symptoms. You and your unique needs are always at the center of this process.
I am a member of the EFT Community Germany e.V.
