About me

I hold a Master’s degree in psychology and am practicing in a humanistic, person-centred approach. Before moving into therapy, I worked for four years as a social worker, supporting people through complex and often very difficult life situations. That experience shaped me deeply, both personally and professionally, and continues to influence how I meet people in therapeutic work.

I have always been drawn to therapy through a deep interest in the inner experience—how we make sense of ourselves, how we relate to others, and what happens inside us when life becomes overwhelming. For me, this curiosity isn't just academic; it’s what allows me to stay genuinely engaged with your unique story. It ensures that you are never just 'another case' to me, but a person I am truly present with.

My work has taught me the importance of staying present in difficult moments and not rushing people toward solutions. It strengthened my belief that people are not problems to be fixed, but individuals who need space, understanding, and respect. In my work, I aim to offer a warm, calm, and non-judgmental space where you can speak freely and be as you are. I trust that when someone feels truly heard and accepted, change begins to unfold at its own natural pace.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CoachingRecommended for those who want support and motivation to achieve personal or professional goals, often with a structured, goal-oriented approach.
CounsellingRecommended for those who want to talk through their emotional challenges with a professional in a safe, supportive environment.
Humanistic psychologyRecommended for those looking for a therapy that emphasizes personal growth and self-fulfillment, focusing on becoming your best self in a positive, non-judgmental space.
My work is grounded in a humanistic, person-centred approach. I see therapy as a space where we work together to understand what is going on for you, in a way that feels respectful, honest, and supportive. Rather than offering advice or focusing too quickly on solutions, I aim to meet you where you are and understand your experience from your point of view.

I work at your pace and pay attention to what feels most important in the moment. Sessions are guided by openness, empathy, and authenticity, with room for reflection, emotional awareness, and deeper self-understanding. I believe that when people feel truly heard and accepted, they are often better able to make sense of their difficulties and find a way forward that feels right for them.

My role is to support this process by being present, attentive, and engaged. Together, we can explore what matters to you, how you relate to yourself and others, and what may help you move towards greater clarity and balance in your life.

Experience

4 years of Social Work
Charita Česká republika
I worked for four years as a social worker within a charity, supporting people in complex and often challenging life situations. This experience deeply influenced how I work with others. It taught me to listen attentively, to remain present in difficult moments, and to respect each person’s pace and individual story. These values continue to inform my therapeutic approach and how I meet people in my work today.

Education

Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
University of New York in Prague
My academic background gave me a strong foundation in understanding emotional processes, human development, and psychological theory. It also shaped the way I think about therapeutic work with care, reflection, and respect for the complexity of each person’s experience.
