I have a Ph D in psychology with 20 years experience in counselling couples, young people and women with issues relating to stress, finding meaning and spiritual grounding. I encourage and facilitate these processes through specific therapies. I also use mindfulness, rational thinking and compassion to support the unfolding of self-discovery and healing.
Through my own journey in life as a psychologist and development worker, I have learnt to value the power of the self to bring healing. I am a good coach for men seeking harmony in their relationship
or wanting spiritual advice relating to work life balance. My efforts have been towards encouraging people to contribute, learn to love, trust and value people and themselves without regrets.

My work with people involves |REBT|CBT| Resource Therapy| Mindfulness| Yoga| Logo Therapy| Poetry and imago therapy. I also use a combination of Non-violent communication, Imago therapy and Rational Emotive Behavior therapy to encourage couples to love and live with compassion. I help them make life more meaningful and less lonely. I enjoy working with people on their journey towards self-discovery and self-acceptance. I take pleasure in facilitating couples and people in their work towards loving and accepting themselves and one another and discovering their strength to be alone even when they are together. It is very rewarding to see people allow happiness into their beings through healing their inner child. To me, the uniqueness of each person and their response to different healing techniques is fascinating and rewarding.
