I am a Psychologist and Art Counsellor with a Master’s degree in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and over 20 years of clinical experience. My work is rooted in a psychoanalytic orientation, enriched by the use of art-based tools that help clients connect with unconscious processes and give form to emotions that are often difficult to express in words.
Throughout my professional path, I have specialized in supporting adults who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, relational difficulties, and existential crises. A significant part of my practice is also dedicated to working with adults on the autism spectrum, offering both assessment and long-term therapeutic support. I value the unique ways in which neurodivergent individuals perceive and interact with the world, and I help them navigate challenges while honoring their strengths.
My approach combines deep listening, symbolic exploration, and creativity. I believe that therapy can be a space of transformation, where self-knowledge, healing, and integration unfold. Through dialogue, reflection, and creative processes, clients are invited to explore their inner world and discover new perspectives on their life stories.
I have collaborated with international platforms such as Modern Health since 2021, which has given me the opportunity to work with clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. My practice has been fully online since 2023, making therapy accessible to individuals wherever they are.
I am passionate about integrating the analytic depth of psychoanalysis with the expressive dimension of art. This unique blend allows me to accompany each person in a process that is not only therapeutic but also creative, respectful, and attuned to their individuality.
If you are seeking a therapist who combines psychoanalytic depth, creativity, and a neurodiversity-affirming perspective, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, which explores unconscious processes, early relational patterns, and the symbolic dimension of human experience. I integrate this with art counselling methods that provide creative pathways for self-expression, emotional release, and deeper self-understanding.
I work with adults who wish to explore their inner world, overcome anxiety and depression, process trauma, or navigate relational and existential challenges. I also specialize in supporting adults on the autism spectrum, offering both diagnostic assessment and long-term therapeutic accompaniment. My work with neurodivergent individuals emphasizes respect, validation, and the cultivation of personal strengths.
Sessions are a collaborative process, where I provide a safe and reflective space to explore your experiences and facilitate personal growth. Whether through dialogue or creative expression, my goal is to help you connect with yourself, find meaning, and move toward integration and well-being.
