As an English speaking Icelander, I have spent most of my life in the USA, I help people and couples in transition and with all the stress, depression, and discontent that comes with transition.
I'm a trained psychotherapist with a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern State University in Oklahoma. I have experience in helping people with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, complex trauma, and grief. I also have experience helping couples find each other again when things get rough.
I am from Iceland but I have lived in France and the USA and know what it is like being an expat. My french is not very good but my English and Icelandic are. My primary approach is using internal family systems.
