As an English and Icelandic-speaking family therapist, I support individuals, couples, and families through a dynamic approach that is attachment-based to improve their communication and emotional wellbeing.
I'm a Family therapist with master in conflict studies and mediation. I have worked both in my home country Iceland and abroad for over a decade supporting families, couple and individuals going through challenges in their relations and to support their emotional wellbeing.
I am a family and couple therapist trained from the University of Iceland. My main way of practice is an attachment-based approach where I work with people's relations and dynamics as well as a somatic approach using wellness techniques.
