I continuously work on myself and my knowledge to be able to serve better my clients and students. I started my professional career as a research chemist, but my love for human development lead me into studying for a Psychology degree, graduating in 2008 and becoming a Psychotherapist (since 2010).
In 2011 I discovered the depth of wisdom of Asian spiritual traditions and their knowledge about the mind and how to develop mastery over it, transforming negative emotions into virtues and expanding the perception of reality and of your own self. Since that I became a Non-dual Dharma practitioner, including study and practice of Bhuddhism, Shakta Shaiva Dharma, Daoism and Dzogchen. I became a Meditation and Philosophy instructor in 2017 and I am an Acharya in training since 2023, which means I am preparing to became a lineage holder of Trika Mahasiddha Yoga so I can teach and keep this oral tradition alive.
I integrate the knowledge and techniques of these traditions into psychotherapy so clients can have a greater understanding of themselves and practical tools to overcome mental and emotional challenges.
I would like to help you identify what thoughts, feelings and behaviors have been restricting your well being and your ability to achieve your goals. And teach you techniques to transform them so you can experience happiness and freedom to do what you really value in life. Together we can explore your purpose and strengthen self-confidence to fulfill it.
I teach my clients how they can use meditation, non-violent communication, traditional Kundalini Hatha Yoga, breath and relaxation techniques to transform stress, emotions and mind states, discover their strengths, weak spots, hidden abilities and purpose in life, develop emotional intelligence, quality of sleep and healthy habits, communication skills and ease in relationships.
