About me

I'm an Egyptian psychologist who has been providing therapy to individuals aged 18-60 for over 8 years. I obtained my MSc in Eating Disorders and Clinical Nutrition at University College London in the UK and I hold a BA in Psychology from The American University in Cairo. I received clinical training at the South London & Maudsley NHS Trust as well as Ellern Mede Centre for Eating Disorders in London. I also trained as a psychologist in the Adult Unit of the Psychiatry Department of Kasr el Ainy Hospital, Cairo University, where I conducted intake assessments and provided psychotherapy to adults. Living in different countries as well as working with diverse groups of people enriched my understanding of different cultures. My aim is to help you manage and cope with your problems to be able to live a rich meaningful life. This is done through following an eclectic approach to be able to tailor therapy to each client’s individual needs. I believes therapy provides a judgement-free zone where you can express yourself freely and receive unconditional support.
