Are you facing an issue you can't resolve on your own? It seems this is why you're here, reading this. Let's explore new perspectives and ways to navigate and enjoy your life in a safe and supportive environment.
I am passionate about meeting people, talking with them, and helping them if they need help. This drive of compassion is why I chose to become a clinical psychologist. I value human connection and strive to create meaningful connections.
I've always found it fascinating how people talk about topics related to mental and sexual wellbeing. Almost everyone (including me) experiences a mix of problems related to them at some point, yet a minority dares to talk about them. Noticing how hard it is for people to talk about their problems, even though they're part of our humanness, pushed me to become someone people can talk to.
You might be dealing with stress and anxiety, relationship difficulties, issues in your sex life, feeling down, or other concerns affecting your emotional or relational well-being. If you are going through something similar, I am here and happy to assist you. Together, we can navigate these obstacles and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychosexology from Sapienza University of Rome and am completing advanced training in an EABCT-accredited specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My clinical work combines sex therapy and CBT, and my academic interest focuses on sexuality and the sexual well-being of individuals with ADHD.
TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT: Please send me a message so we can schedule a time that works best for you.
Together, we will identify the factors that keep you feeling stuck, discover and challenge unhelpful thoughts and behavioral patterns, develop alternatives to them, and explore new, more flexible ways to address your struggles. Because when you bend, you don't break.
I expect you to be an active participant in your healing journey; the more the better. Because of this, I am going to ask you to do small tasks between sessions. At the end, we will see each other once a week, but there is plenty of time between sessions where you can practice the new skills we discussed during the sessions and learn to act as your own psychologist.
As a clinical psychologist, it's important for me to provide long-lasting change and effective support for my clients. For this reason, I have specialized in effective and evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). My objective is to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space where you can engage in meaningful self-work, create positive change, learn to look at things more flexibly, and make your life more joyful.
As a trained sexologist, I also offer help to individuals and couples in improving their sexual life, addressing intimacy concerns, rebuilding connection, and most importantly, enjoying their sexuality and intimacy!
If you have any questions or would like to schedule a session, please don't hesitate to message me.
