We’ve been told not to talk about sex, which is precisely why we need to. I help people unlearn shame, decode desire, and get comfortable with the parts of themselves they’ve spent years editing out.
I’m a sexologist and researcher with a MSc in Clinical Psychosexology, passionate about understanding sexuality, intimacy, and relationships. I’m especially interested in how culture, identity, and personal experience shape desire and its expression, and I integrate this perspective into all aspects of my work. My counseling is informed by both research and practice, with a focus on cultural and individual differences in sexuality. I see this process as collaborative. Together, we explore desires, challenges, and curiosities in ways that are meaningful, confidence-boosting, and empowering.
Sex isn’t just about what happens in bed, it’s about what happens in your head. I take a curious, collaborative approach to sexuality counseling. Think of it as a mix of insight, exploration, and a little “aha” moments along the way. I create a space where questions are welcome, taboos are challenged, and your experiences are taken seriously. Sessions focus on understanding your desires, navigating challenges, and discovering what works for you. No scripts, no judgment, just guided exploration. We learn from each other, mix research with real-life perspective, and aim to make sexuality less mysterious and more empowering. Because repression isn’t sexy, but self-awareness is.
I’m just starting on this platform, but I bring a solid foundation from my academic journey. I was closely supervised throughout my training, completed personal therapy (a huge asset for understanding the counseling process from both sides), and engaged in rigorous coursework in sexuality, intimacy, and relationships. I’ve attended conferences not only on sexuality but on psychology more broadly, because everything is more connected than we often realize, and I love a holistic approach. On top of that, I’ve collaborated on research projects in both sexuality and general psychology, honing my skills in analysis, critical thinking, and understanding human behavior in all its complexity.
Master’s in Clinical Psychosexology (Sapienza University, 2024) Focused on sexuality, intimacy, and relationships, combining research, clinical knowledge, and cultural perspectives. This training equips me to guide individuals and couples through questions about desire, sexual well-being, and connection in an open and supportive way. Bachelor’s in Clinical Psychology (Lebanese University, 2021) Focused on general psychology, providing a solid foundation in human behavior, mental processes, and therapeutic approaches that inform my counseling practice.
