I am here to support you in reconnecting with yourself and living a more intentional, meaningful life. I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach in both therapy and breathwork, and adapt each session to your needs.
I’m a psychologist and a breathwork facilitator, with a MSc in Psychology and a MSc in Learning & Development in Organizations - combining experience in psychology with experience in corporate environments. I’ve lived and studied in Ukraine, the UAE, and the Netherlands, and I bring this international perspective into my practice - moving around and working in different settings shaped my understanding of stress, growth, and change in expat professionals.
I believe that therapy is a valuable tool to help you understand yourself better and improve the quality of your life. My goal is to support you, working together to fulfill your needs and goals, break negative patterns, and find new meanings.
Another tool I use in my work is breathwork - sessions of active breathing to rhythmic music, guided and written for you by me. These sessions aim to help you release tension from the body, reduce stress, and restore balance in both body and mind.
Aside from my work, I enjoy singing, reading fantasy and science fiction books, experimenting with cooking recipes and chatting up my friends' cats.
I offer a free consultation so we can see what working together might look like.
My work is integrative and client-centered, grounded in Schema Therapy and added on by cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches. Every client is different, so I adapt the approach and techniques we use to your needs and pace.
Together, we look at your current thoughts, behaviors, and relational patterns while also exploring their deeper roots: early experiences, basic needs, and internalized beliefs. This process can help you better understand yourself and open space for change.
I offer a space where you can reflect, explore, and grow at your own pace. Having lived in multiple countries and worked in high-pressure environments, I can relate to the complex experiences of expats and professionals navigating stress, identity, and transitions.
It is my intention to support you on your journey of healing and self-discovery to the best of my ability.
