I’ve been working as a psychotherapist since 2014, in both clinical and private practice settings. I currently run my own private practice, offering online therapy.
In my work, I support people navigating anxiety, burnout, low mood, intrusive thoughts, trauma-related experiences, relationship difficulties, life transitions, perfectionism, low self-esteem, people-pleasing and other patterns that feel difficult to change. Together, we try to make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface and find ways to relate to these experiences with more clarity and care. Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, and approachable. They feel safe to be themselves, while also being encouraged to reflect, grow, and make lasting changes.
Alongside my private practice, I’ve also worked within a digital mental health platform, where I supported clients between sessions and guided them in applying therapeutic tools in their everyday lives.
Earlier in my career, I worked in clinical settings, supporting children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and their families, as well as people living with chronic medical conditions.
These experiences have shaped the way I work today: with care and a deep respect for each person’s pace and unique story.
