About me

I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 11 years of experience, trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a certified Schema Therapist.

I work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, emotionally drained, or repeating the same patterns in relationships. Many of my clients come to therapy struggling with anxiety, burnout, depression, or long-standing emotional patterns that feel hard to change.

While grounded in CBT and Schema Therapy, I also draw from ACT and DBT to adapt the work to each person. Rather than focusing on quick solutions, we slow down and explore your inner world with curiosity and care.

My practice is inclusive and affirming, and I aim to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment. I have experience working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients.

Together, we make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, helping you develop more clarity, self-compassion, and flexibility in how you relate to yourself and your life.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioural therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
Schema therapyRecommended for those who want to break out of negative patterns or "schemas" that they developed early in life and keep repeating.

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and adapted to each person’s pace. I work integratively, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Schema Therapy, while also incorporating elements of ACT and DBT.

In the first sessions, we focus on understanding your difficulties by exploring the patterns behind your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we build a shared understanding of what’s going on and identify the areas we want to work on, as well as the types of interventions that might be helpful.

As therapy progresses, we continue to work both with what is present in your day-to-day experience and with deeper, long-standing patterns, moving step by step at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

Rather than focusing on quick solutions, I aim to create a space where you can explore your inner world with curiosity and without pressure to change before you’re ready. This is a space where both structure and softness can coexist.

Experience

I’ve been working as a psychotherapist since 2014, in both clinical and private practice settings. I currently run my own private practice, offering online therapy.

In my work, I support people navigating anxiety, burnout, low mood, intrusive thoughts, trauma-related experiences, relationship difficulties, life transitions, perfectionism, low self-esteem, people-pleasing and other patterns that feel difficult to change. Together, we try to make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface and find ways to relate to these experiences with more clarity and care. Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, and approachable. They feel safe to be themselves, while also being encouraged to reflect, grow, and make lasting changes.

Alongside my private practice, I’ve also worked within a digital mental health platform, where I supported clients between sessions and guided them in applying therapeutic tools in their everyday lives.

Earlier in my career, I worked in clinical settings, supporting children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and their families, as well as people living with chronic medical conditions.

These experiences have shaped the way I work today: with care and a deep respect for each person’s pace and unique story.
