I completed my education as a psychologist at the Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) in 2023, with a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and experience within the fields of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), particularly in addressing anxiety disorders like generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, OCD, and panic disorder. I also have experience in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mind-Body Therapy.
On a more personal note, for most of my life, I have been an expat myself, living in Sydney, Australia, and then Maastricht and Rotterdam, The Netherlands. For this reason, I deeply understand the difficulties that can arise with cultural adjustment and integration. Also, with personal experience in cross-cultural relationships and questioning societal labels, I've learned the importance of empathy and understanding. That is why I prioritize empathetic and culturally sensitive support.
I am currently building my private practice, Calming Shores, and collaborating with other practices in The Netherlands. I offer online therapy sessions in English and Italian.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my friends, daydreaming about my future travels, and dancing to my favorite music.

As your therapist, I am dedicated to creating a comfortable and supportive environment where you can freely discuss your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I use a personalized approach that combines different therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and mind-body exercises, to address your specific needs.
I understand that taking the first step towards therapy can be difficult. However, I am committed to building a trusting relationship with you so we can work together to understand the root of your challenges and develop effective coping strategies.
