I am Elmira, a psychologist from Iran, a land rich in history yet often shadowed by profound struggles. My journey has been shaped by deep personal and professional experiences, allowing me to truly understand the complexities of emotions, cultural limitations, and the unique challenges faced by individuals navigating life within and beyond Muslim societies.
With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Shiraz University and a Master's in Psychology, I have spent the past six years working in various settings across Iran. My expertise spans a wide range of mental health concerns, including phobias, trauma, depression, OCD, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Having worked with over 150 cases of ADHD and autism, I bring a compassionate and structured approach to my practice.
Beyond that, I have also provided a safe, non-judgmental space for adults exploring their identities, including those with fetishistic interests and BDSM desires. My goal is not to "fix" but to guide—helping individuals accept themselves fully, rather than running from their differences.
For me, psychology is more than just a career—it’s a calling. I believe that through understanding our minds, we can experience true healing and growth. Every conversation we have is an opportunity to connect, to understand, and to begin the process of transformation.
