Courage is believing more in possibilities than in experiences.
I am a Clinical Psychologist and Resource Therapist (ego state therapy), practicing from a holistic perspective that supports you to integrate body, mind, and spirit. I am also certified as a mindfulness and meditation coach, as well as a yoga instructor — experiences that have deepened my own healing journey and reinforced my belief in the power of whole-person care.
For me, therapy means reaching out a helping hand, offering a reliable, supportive presence. Life brings challenges that can leave us feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or uncertain. In difficult times, connection matters — and I strive to create a space where everything can be named, held, and explored — so we can walk new paths together.
My path into psychology was shaped by deep empathy — a lifelong drive to understand the needs, fears, and desires beneath people’s behavior. After completing my clinical training, I worked for several years in the psychiatric wards of the Christian Doppler Clinic in Salzburg. Since going into private practice, I’ve supported adults of all ages through life’s many transitions and struggles.
I am passionate about my work. Understanding the human mind and spirit has always been central to my life. To support my inner balance, I make a lot of space for movement, adventure, and connection. I love acroyoga, beach volleyball, hiking, and dancing — activities that keep me present and energized. Though I’m now based in Salzburg, I carry the spirit of a traveler. My curiosity about other cultures and their wisdom remains boundless — and I continue to learn from the rich perspectives the world has to offer.
Therapy with me is tailored to your unique needs. I meet you where you are, with safety, transparency, and compassion as the foundation of our work together.
Every person carries a unique story. I believe in meeting you fully — as you are, in your context — and adapting our work to your evolving needs. My approach draws from diverse, evidence-informed methods, including:
Resource Therapy (Gordon Emmerson, Australia) Compassionate Inquiry (Gabor Maté, Canada — currently in training) Techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Imaginative Trauma Therapy (PITT) and more
Mindfulness & Buddhist-inspired practices, now widely integrated into Western therapeutic models
My work is also deeply informed by my personal journey. I see self-exploration as essential to being able to walk alongside others with presence and care. Living abroad for several years has enriched my understanding of human experience through different cultural lenses — shaping my professional, personal, and spiritual growth.
