During both couples and individual treatment, I take a compassion-based approach to foster understanding, safety, and hope. One of my main goals is to work collaboratively with clients in order to develop resiliency, foster re-connection, and build lasting trust and intimacy. I use a combination of different evidence-based practices, collaboratively tailoring each treatment plan to the individual.
